Custom or personalized pieces are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping every order, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
If your package is lost during shipping, we’ll help you file a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.
